Terms of service

These terms govern your purchase of the Handwritten Vedic Birth Report (“the report”) from Treasure of Veda, 21 Ballygunge Place, Kolkata 700019, India (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

The service

From the birth details you provide, we calculate your Vedic birth chart and prepare a report containing your charts, planetary positions and dasha periods. One of our astrologers reads your chart and writes guidance by hand in the report, signs it, and we email you the completed report as a PDF.

Price and payment

The price is ₹299.00, shown before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card details.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your report to the email address you provide within 12 hours of your payment. See our delivery policy for details.

Your information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us. The report is prepared from them, and an incorrect date, time or place changes the chart. Please check your confirmation email and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.

Nature of astrology

Astrology is a traditional, interpretive practice. Our reports are provided for personal reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice, do not predict any event with certainty, and should not be relied on for decisions where professional advice is appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our refund & cancellation policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
