This policy explains what Treasure of Veda collects when you order a report, why, and who it is shared with.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number.
• Your date, time and place of birth, and the chart we calculate from them.
• Payment status and reference numbers from Razorpay. We never receive your card details.
• How you reached us (for example, which advertisement), your IP address and browser type, used to measure our advertising.

How we use it

To prepare and deliver your report, to contact you about your order, to handle refunds and support, and to measure and improve our advertising. We do not sell your information.

Who sees it

• Our astrologers, who see your name, birth details and chart in order to write your reading.
• Razorpay, which processes your payment.
• Our email provider, which delivers your confirmation and report.
• Our hosting provider, which stores our systems.
• A place-search service (OpenStreetMap or OpenCage), which receives only the place name you type.
• If you arrived from an advertisement, Meta and Google receive a record that a purchase took place so that we can measure our ads. Personal details sent to Meta are hashed.

How long we keep it

We keep your order and report for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
