Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your astrologer begins writing your report. Email info@treasureofveda.com with your order reference.

Late delivery

If your report has not been delivered within 48 hours of your payment, you may request a full refund, whether or not you still wish to receive the report.

Incorrect details

If the details you gave were wrong and you tell us before your report is written, we will correct them at no cost. If the report has already been written from incorrect details, we will prepare a corrected report at no cost where we reasonably can.

After delivery

Because each report is written personally by hand, we do not normally refund a report once it has been delivered. If you are unhappy with your report, please write to us; we review every request individually.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
